French Speaker / High English Level.
Helpdesk / Technical Support background is required.
Amenable in shifting schedules.
Understands his / her key performance indicators.
Understand the relationship of work quality and how it impacts efficiency.
Had a good stint in the from previous organizations - not a call center hopper.
Ability to work with other team members.
Someone who understands technical troubleshooting (eg: Active Directory, LAN, Sound Card, Routers, etc.).
